SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
ORDERS AND PAYMENT PERIODS
Subscription orders to our service are subject to a minimum commitment of three payment periods. This means that upon subscribing, you agree to retain the subscription for at least the duration of these three initial payment periods.
PAYMENT RENEWAL
Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each payment period. The renewal process ensures uninterrupted access to our services. The payment for the renewal will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.
SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS
Please note that subscription payments are non-refundable for the first three payment periods. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and quality of our service, ensuring that all subscribers receive the full benefit of their initial commitment period. Refunds will be processed with store credit.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS
Subscriptions may not be cancelled until after the completion of the first three payment periods. Additionally, once an order has been shipped out, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your subscription after fulfilling this initial commitment, you may do so. The cancellation will become effective at the end of your current payment period, and no further charges will be made.

CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you wish to make any changes to your subscription, including upgrading or downgrading your plan, these changes can be made at any time and will take effect from the next billing cycle.
These changes must be made before orders a shipped out and can be made on the my account subscription page.
By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or update these policies, and we will provide notice of any significant changes.
We retain the right to deny any refunds or returns for any reason. We also retain the right to deny service or sales to any person(s), business, or entity for any reason.
