Shipping Questions

We are pleased to offer nationwide delivery services with a few exceptions. We deliver to most states across the country, ensuring that our products reach you wherever you are.

However, due to specific state regulations, we are currently unable to deliver THCA to the following states: HI, ID, MN, OR, RI, UT, VT.

For THCP and all other states, you can enjoy the convenience of our delivery services right to your doorstep. If you have any further questions or need assistance with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

.We aim to process and ship your order promptly. Orders placed before 1 PM Central Time on business days are typically shipped out the same day, ensuring minimal delay in delivery.

Orders placed after 1 PM Central time will be shipped out the next business day.

However, please note that certain factors may extend processing times:

  • Weekends and Holidays: Orders placed during weekends or on holidays may experience a processing delay of 1-2 days.
  • USPS Delays: Occasionally, delays in shipping may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or issues with the USPS.

We are able to ship to all states in the country with the exception of our THCA products, which include THCA prerolls.

The states THCA is unavailable for shipment are: HI, ID, MN, OR, RI, UT, and VT.

If you ordered a product from us that didn’t meet your expectations, we offer you our a 30 day guarantee. Simply reach out to us, we’ll provide you a return address to send your product back, and we’ll give you a store credit to try something else.

Subscription Questions

Subscribing to your favorite THCA and THCP products is a great and convenient way to ensure you’re always stocked and ready to go. You’ll save time and money with discounted pricing and eliminate the need to visit the website for every purchase.

To ensure consistency, all subscription orders come with free shipping via USPS and are delivered to your doorstep on the dates and frequency of your choosing.

You can easily view and edit your subscriptions by visiting your subscription section of the my account page by clicking here.

To simply change the products in your subscription order, please follow the following steps:

1. Visit the subscription section in your my account page.

2. Select a subscription order and click the “view” button on the right side. *this button may be hidden off screen on some mobile devices and must be scrolled to*

3. Once in the subscription order, select “Add New Product”

4. Select a product to “add to subscription” or to “add to next shipment”

  • Add To Subscription: 
    Adds a product to your existing subscription and will be consistently shipped on your subscription delivery schedule.
  • Add To Next Shipment:
    One time delivery. Adds a product ONLY to your next scheduled delivery.

5. If you’d like to remove a product from your subscription order. Simply click the “X” next to the desired product under “Subscription totals – product” on the same subscription page. 

6. You’re all set. Our team will handle the rest of the logistics and get your orders sent to you on your scheduled delivery.

Choose your desired subscription order on the subscription account page by clicking the “view” button. Some mobile devices may require sliding at the bottom of the page to reveal the “view” button.

From here, you’re able to make any of the following changes:

  • Change Payment Date
  • Change Payment
  • Renew or resubscribed to a cancelled 
  • Change or add products to your order
  • Change the quanitity of products to your order
  • Cancel (Minimum commitment period of 3 orders)

Absolutely! To change or edit the number of products in your subscription order, simply access your subscriptions by clicking here, click on the order you’d like to adjust, and then select “ADD NEW PRODUCT” or “CHANGE QUANTITY” to bring up the product menu.

Alternatively, you can add products to an existing subscription from any product page by selecting the desired subscription and then clicking “add to existing subscription” next to the “add to cart” button.

*Please remember that changes made to a subscription order after it has been shipped out will not adjust until the next order. *

Subscription are are non cancellable and non refundable for the first 3 subscription orders. Customers are required to enter a 3 term subscription payment per subscription order before cancelling. his policy is in place to maintain the integrity and quality of our service, ensuring that all subscribers receive the full benefit of their initial commitment period. 

After subscription payment periods are met, subscriptions may be cancelled or updated via the my account subscription page.

THCA Flower Questions

THCA, or tetrahydrocannabinolic acid, is a cannabinoid predominantly present in the trichomes and crystals of cannabis, and it can also be derived from hemp. Serving as the precursor to delta-9 THC, THCA transforms into a substance offering effects comparable to traditional THC when subjected to heat. 

THCA hemp flower” refers to cannabis buds that contain high levels of THCA, yet maintain delta-9 THC levels at or below 0.3% by dry weight

Yes, according to federal law, harvested THCA hemp flower is legal. This stems from the 2018 Farm Bill’s distinction between legal hemp and illegal marijuana, which is based on delta-9 THC levels, not THCA content. Legally, harvested cannabis, including its flowers and buds, is considered hemp and lawful if it contains no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight, irrespective of the levels of THCA or other cannabinoids like CBD. Furthermore, the federal Controlled Substances Act excludes hemp from the definition of marijuana, meaning hemp is not classified as an illegal controlled substance under federal law. However THCA may be restricted to certain states, see “Where do you deliver” above.
